Topher Brink is the brilliant-beyond-his-years scientist at the Dollhouse whose talents exceed his morals. He designs and operates the technology used by the Dollhouse, which he does with unreserved glee.
A graduate of Yale University, Fran Kranz recently completed production and will be starring in the upcoming horror film "Cabin in the Woods" written and produced by Joss Whedon.
Prior to DOLLHOUSE, Kranz starred in the comedy series "Welcome to the Captain" opposite Jeffrey Tambor. His feature credits include "Don't Fade Away," "Shades of Ray," "The TV Set," "Wieners," "The Night of the White Pants," "Careless," "Bickford Schmeckler's Cool Ideas," "Rise: Blood Hunter," "The Village," "Matchstick Men," "Orange County," "Training Day" and "Donnie Darko."
His theater credits include "Twelfth Knight," "Angels in America," "A Bright Room Called Day," "Henry IV, Part I," "Sideman," "Antony & Cleopatra" and "The Dining Room." At a guest program at Oxford, he won Best Actor for his portrayal of "Petruchio" in "The Taming of the Shrew."
Kranz resides in Los Angeles.
