LANA LANG

Lana Lang is Clark Kent's first love and Lex Luthor's ex-wife. She founded the Isis Foundation, a non-profit devoted to helping meteor-infected metahumans, and also led the renovation of the Talon coffee shop.

Lana lived a mile away from the Kents and was admired from afar by her neighbor Clark Kent for years. When they reached high school, Clark gained the courage to get to know her and she became an important part in his circle of friends. Clark and Lana have attempted to have a relationship several times, but for a long time he was unwilling to trust her with the secret of his true origins.

KRISTIN KREUK

Was born in Vancouver. Her father, Peter Kreuk, is of Duch descent and her mother, Deanna Che, is of Chinese descent, but was born in Indonesia. Both parents are landscape architects.

Kreuk trained in gymnastics at the national level until high school but quit in 11th grade due to scoliosis.

Her acting career started when a casting director for the CBC TV series Edgemont contacted her secondary school, looking for an exotic-looking girl to play the part of a Chinese Canadian, Laurel Yeung on the Vancouver-shot show. Kreuk's drama teacher convinced Kreuk, who had no previous acting experience to audition for the role. To her surprise, she won the part.
